Ancient Mnimeio Holy Cross Monastiroui (Ruins)

This ancient monument, also known as "Monastiroui," is the ruined remnants of an old church and monastery of the Holy Cross in Kallepeia of Paphos. Owing to the collapse of the structure, the space has been partly repaired and has been officially declared a protected ancient monument by the Department of Antiquities of Cyprus. Today only stone walls and ruins survive that reveal the medieval religious activity of the area. Because of its ruined state, it has no functional capacity and is mainly a historic station for hikers and pilgrims.
