Archangel Michael

The Holy Church of the Archangel Michael is built in the heart of the mountainous village of Chandria in the Limassol district, positioned right next to the cemetery of the community. The erection of this stone structure took place during the period 1980 to 1982. Architecturally the church follows the type of the triconch basilica, while on its western face rises an impressive bell tower. Internally, the space is fully painted with wall paintings, offering a particularly devout atmosphere for the faithful.
