Chapel of Apostle Andrew

This historic chapel is located a little outside the community and is the only surviving structure of a very ancient monastery of the area. It functioned as the katholikon of the old monastery, which flourished until the early 18th century before it was struck by a strong earthquake. This stone structure is located in a serene mountainous environment, preserving unchanged its spiritual identity and the connection with the past of the place.
