Chapel of Prophet Elias

This picturesque chapel rises imposingly upon the top of the eponymous height in the mountainous area of Pitsilia, offering a panoramic view toward the community of Agridia. It is a small, single-aisled cruciform church with a dome, which was built thanks to the voluntary contributions of the local residents. Its exterior white walls are adorned with impressive mosaic scenes, while the surrounding space has a paved courtyard equipped with an observatory and a telescope for the visitors.
