Chapel of Saint George (Kamaroudi)

This is a small and plain chapel that is built at the location Kamaroudi, along the road that connects Pissouri with the village of Alektora. Its erection was completed at the end of the 1950s at the expense of a private benefactor of the area, while its official inauguration took place several years later. Owing to its very limited size, the church functions mainly as a pilgrimage site and opens its doors for a festal divine service on Bright Wednesday.
