Chapel of Saint Zonis

This elegant chapel was erected in the early 21st century thanks to the contributions and the devotion of the inhabitants of the wider area. It is a single-space church with a dome, which faithfully follows the traditional Byzantine lines and is clad externally with local stone. It is a spiritual refuge for the community, where the feast of the Deposition of the Honourable Belt of the Theotokos is honoured with particular devotion.
