Church of Holy Cross

This historic and extremely small religious structure is positioned upon the top of a strategic hill to the northwest of the settlement. Since 1974 this particular single-domed structure is under Turkish military occupation and has been converted into a guardpost, a fact that makes access for the faithful impossible. The local community honors the memory and the importance of the church by transferring the official festive events of the Elevation of the Cross to the central church of the village.
