Dormition of Theotokos

This historic parish church is located in the mountain village of Kinousa in the Paphos district and is dedicated to the Virgin Mary. Its construction was completed in the early 20th century, while in recent years it underwent comprehensive conservation to preserve its architectural structure. It is the religious centre of the community, where the inhabitants gather for the Sunday services and the great feasts, culminating in the annual festival of the Dormition (15 August).
