Holy Chapel of Saint Cosmas the Aetolian

This is a small and devout school chapel, which is built in the forecourt of the Vergina Lyceum in Larnaca. Its erection was completed with the moving financial contribution of ordinary citizens and the faithful, with the main aim of connecting the student youth with ecclesiastical life. In the church is permanently kept a small fragment of the holy relic of Saint Cosmas of Aetolia, which was donated by the Archbishopric of Cyprus, being a source of blessing for the teachers and the students of the area.
