Holy Church of Apostle Barnabas

The Holy Church of the Apostle Barnabas is a modern religious edifice, which opened its doors to the public in the summer of 2005. Its location extends within the urban zone of Aradippou, in the refugee area of Kamares, meeting the worship needs of a constantly developing community. From an architectural point of view, it follows the style of the three-aisled basilica. The design stands out for its raised central section, which allows natural light to diffuse abundantly into the interior, at the same time creating an intense sense of comfort and great depth that leads to the sanctuary.
