Holy Church of Apostle Luke

This is the main parish church of the occupied village of Mousoulita on the Mesaoria plain. This stone edifice was the focal point of the spiritual and social life of the community's inhabitants until the events of the Turkish invasion of 1974. Owing to the ongoing occupation, the church remains inactive, is stripped of its icons and relics, and is completely inaccessible for the free celebration of Christian weddings or baptisms.
