Holy Church of Panagia Eleousis Kivisili

This is a complex architectural edifice, the construction of which began in the early 12th century. Its central part follows the classic Byzantine style of the inscribed cross with a dome. Over the course of the centuries, the church was extended: to the west and left a vaulted chapel of Frankish or Latin influence was incorporated (around 1300), while two centuries later three consecutive auxiliary rooms were added to its right side.
