Holy Church of Saint Mamas

The holy church of Saint Mamas is the parish church of Kato Lakatamia in the Nicosia district, giving its name to the urban district of the same name. The church serves the spiritual needs of the area, having an active catechetical school and an organised ecclesiastical committee. Owing to its comfortable facilities and easy access within the urban fabric, the church draws a large number of faithful, especially during the Saint's annual festival in early September.
