Holy Church of Saint Panteleimon

This is a modern parish church located in the refugee settlement 'Makarios III' in the Kamares area of Larnaca, which was built to serve the spiritual needs of the displaced faithful. The church is dedicated to the Great Martyr and Healer Saint Panteleimon and is a living spiritual harbour for the surrounding area. Every year on 27 July, the church becomes the focal point of great celebrations, attracting crowds of pilgrims who come to seek the Saint's blessing and healing.
