Holy Church of Saint Stylianos

This church is located on the boundary of Strovolos with Lakatamia, in the refugee settlement 'Aspres' in Nicosia. Its architectural design follows particular models reminiscent of the historic Byzantine churches of Mystras, lending an imposing presence to the area. It was built to meet the immediate and deep religious needs of the displaced faithful, now being a living spiritual centre of the local community.
