Holy Church of Saint Theodore

This imposing parish church stands in the centre of the community and is dedicated to the Great Martyr Theodore the Commander (Stratelates). It was built during the third decade of the twentieth century, taking the place of an older and smaller church that had suffered serious damage. The structure follows the type of the three-aisled basilica and is characterised by its elaborate masonry of local stone, forming the main place of worship for the village's inhabitants.
