Holy Church of Saint Tychona

This imposing church is the central parish church of the community and is dedicated to the protector and patron saint of the village, who was bishop of Amathous. The structure follows the type of the cruciform basilica with a large central dome and is entirely faced externally with the traditional natural Kyvides stone. It is built in a central spot in the residential core of the area and gathers a large number of the faithful during the official religious feasts.
