Holy Holy Water Panagia Neroforousas

This is a small, plain, and historic stone-built little church of the medieval period, which is dedicated to the Entry of the Theotokos. In this space there is a sheltered holy spring (agiasma), which is inextricably connected with the local religious traditions for the coming of rain in periods of drought. The chapel functions mainly as a pilgrimage space, while its old miraculous icon is kept for safety in the central church of the community.
