Holy Metropolis Morfou

The building complex of the Holy Metropolis of Morphou is the temporary administrative and spiritual seat of the eponymous region, which was relocated to Evrychou after the Turkish invasion of 1974. The modern facilities include the offices of the Metropolis, the Synodal hall, an ecclesiastical museum with rare icons, as well as an integrated chapel. The space is the center of the religious and social activity for the entire free area of Solea.
