Holy Unmercenaries

This small and isolated chapel is hidden within the verdant valley of the Maroullena River. It is a plain, double-aisled church with a traditional wooden roof and tiles, which fully harmonizes with the natural mountainous landscape. In its interior survive precious wall paintings that date from the early 16th century, offering a unique religious experience.
