Koimitiriako Chapel of Saint George Lofou

This cemetery chapel is located at the western edge of the traditional community of Lofou, set within the grounds of the local cemetery. It is built as a single-aisled basilica without a dome, using entirely the authentic, hewn stone of the area. Its gabled wooden roof has exposed purlins and is covered with clay tiles of French type, while its austere structure offers a space of deep contemplation and prayer.
