Old Church of Saint George

The old church of Saint George dominates a picturesque square in the heart of the historic core in Kalo Chorio Oreinis. It is a single-aisled vaulted structure, made of mountain stone, river pebbles, poros stones and pieces of tiles. Inside it, valuable wall paintings dating from the mid-17th century are preserved, while its imposing bell tower has a two-storey structure with arches and rich decoration.
