Panagia Chryseleousa

The Holy Church of Panagia Chryseleousa is built in the heart of the community of Foinikaria in the Limassol district. It was erected during the first half of the 19th century and follows the architectural type of the single-aisled basilica with a pointed arch, while a few decades later it was extended towards its western side. The exterior of the structure is adorned with beautiful plastic decorative elements, making the church a sight of religious heritage for the area, beside the beautiful natural landscape of the Germasogeia dam.
