Panagia Galaktotrofousa - Chrysogalousa

This small and very old country chapel is built in a beautiful mountainous location to the east of the village. It is a plain, single-space structure with a traditional wooden gabled roof and tiles, the construction of which dates back to medieval times. Inside it houses a rare and historic icon of the Theotokos nursing Christ, being a distinctive place of prayer and contemplation in the Pitsilia area.
