Panagia Tracheia (Trasia)

This medieval country chapel is located in the rural area of the same name near Dasaki Achnas and is built above a large underground cave. Architecturally it is a traditional single-aisled vaulted church, in which few traces of old hagiographies and historic elements are preserved. According to ecclesiastical tradition, the location is closely connected with the martyrdom of the local Saint Constantine the Alaman during the first Christian centuries.
