Prophet Elias

This picturesque country chapel is dedicated to the Prophet Elias and is built at the top of a hill in the community of Kallepeia in Paphos. Owing to its privileged location on a rise, it offers an excellent panoramic view towards the surrounding lush green area and the village. It is a small and plain church that functions as an important point of religious reference for the local inhabitants. Every year on 20 July the community holds a festive vespers and service at the country chapel to honour the memory of the Saint.
