Prophet Elias

This small and isolated country chapel is built in the countryside and specifically in a rural location just outside the village of Limnatis. The area is characterised by historicity, as next to the later old church the ruins of an older church survive to this day. The site functions mainly as a place of quiet pilgrimage and contemplation, maintaining close bonds with the local religious tradition of the community's inhabitants.
