Ruins Church of Saint George

This church is located in Anarita of Paphos, built next to the cemetery of the community, replacing an older eponymous church that had been destroyed by an earthquake. The area is considered of historical importance as it is believed that in the past a monastery operated there, which bordered the ascetic cave of the Saint. Every year on the 18th of July, the day of the celebration of Saint Onesiphoros, a festal vespers takes place, attracting crowds of the faithful.
