Saint Basil

This isolated chapel is hidden within the forest, a few kilometers outside the mountainous village. It is an extremely small, single-space structure with a traditional wooden roof, which for a long time remained completely in ruins until the reconstruction of its roof in the mid-twentieth century. In its interior the visitor can behold rare remnants of authentic wall paintings of its era, which despite the passage of the centuries preserve their devout value.
