Saint Filimon

In the heart of the forest of Paphos, within the boundaries of the completely abandoned mountainous village of Livadi, are located the ruins of the church of the Apostle Philemon. This historic structure collapsed long ago and now survives only as an archaeological remnant of the medieval period of Cyprus. Owing to its remote location and its condition, the space has no roof or functional infrastructure, being a silent monument of the old ecclesiastical tradition of the area's residents.
