Saint George Kontos

This distinctive chapel is hidden in the central fabric of the village, very close to the location of the old Market. Its main characteristic is that it appears integrated among traditional dwellings, pleasantly surprising the passers-by who discover it. Architecturally it belongs to the type of the basilica with a dome, while in its interior it preserves remarkable old wall paintings.
