Saint George

This small and simple chapel is built on the top of a hill to the east of the community of Kato Lefkara in the Larnaca district. It is a plain, externally stone-built construction without a bell tower, which has only a traditional semantron. The interior of the church is characterized by a simple character with a plain carved wooden iconostasis, where a very old, historic icon of Saint George is kept.
