Saint John Theologian

This small church is located in the center of the almost abandoned settlement of the Solea area. It is a rectangular, single-aisled wooden-roofed structure, which represents absolutely the traditional church building of the Metropolitan region of Morphou. The structure has undergone complete restoration by the Department of Antiquities at the end of the past century, preserving the authentic religious heritage of the place.
