Saint Marina

This historic church is built in the heart of the mountainous village and belongs to the distinctive architectural type of the wooden-roofed churches of the Troodos mountain range. In its interior survive precious samples of ecclesiastical art, with the most characteristic being the fragments of old wall paintings that adorn the north wall of the structure. Its erection was completed during the second half of the eighteenth century, being since then the spiritual center of the community during the great religious festivals.
