Saint Marina

This magnificent parish church dominates a central spot of the mountainous village of Pitsilia, being a modern architectural jewel for the area. It is built in the classical cruciform style with a large central dome and is entirely faced with the traditional local stone of Troodos. The interior of the church is distinguished by its exemplary spaciousness, its elaborate wood-carved iconostasis, and its warm atmosphere, gathering hundreds of the faithful during the great annual festival of the Saint.
