Saint Nicholas

The Holy Church of Saint Nicholas is located in the heart of Kato Deftera, right opposite the historic English police station. It is a single-aisled basilica without a dome which was expanded toward the west at the end of the 20th century, acquiring an additional double bell tower. The church hosts precious relics and is the central spiritual core of the community for more than a century.
