Saint Nicholas

In the center of this small community of Limassol is located a traditional, single-aisled church with a very sloping gabled wooden roof and clay flat tiles. Its walls were built with rough stone of the Troodos mountain range, while in later years the structure was expanded toward the west. In its interior survive fragmentary samples of the original wall-painting decoration, which dates back to the same medieval period of construction of the church.
