Saint Tychikos

The modern chapel of Saint Tychikos is built in the mountainous area of Eso Galata, which borders directly and belongs to the wider geographical zone of Kakopetria-Galata. The church was built in the early 21st century right next to the surviving ruins of a much older, ancient little chapel. It is a plain stone-built structure with a tiled roof, which is surrounded by dense vegetation and orchards, offering an extremely quiet environment for the passing pilgrims.
