Small Church of Saint Stylianos, Linopetra

This small stone religious structure is located within the boundaries of the refugee settlement of Linopetra and is a particularly beloved space of worship for the local community. Its erection took place at the end of the 1980s, in order to replace a makeshift prefabricated structure of the Town Planning department that had been completely destroyed by fire. The church is designed as a single-aisled basilica, faced externally with the traditional stone of the Kyvides area, while its interior is adorned with modern wall paintings that were completed during its recent renovation.
