SAINT MARINA

This particular picturesque church is located in the area of old Strovolos in Nicosia, built very close to the banks of the Pedieos river. It was restored during the first half of the twentieth century upon the remains of an earlier church, preserving the original sanctity of the site. Owing to its limited dimensions it functions mainly as a pilgrimage Chapel, attracting faithful who seek moments of devotion and tranquillity within the urban fabric.
