SAINT PARASKEVI

The small, devotional chapel of Saint Paraskevi is one of the religious ornaments of the community of Agia Varvara in the Nicosia district. It is a plain church of traditional style, which is built in the rural area of the village. Owing to its limited capacity, the church functions mainly as a space for private prayer and the fulfilment of vows, offering tranquillity and spiritual serenity to the residents and to the passing faithful who visit it
