SAINT PARASKEVI

In the centre of the community of Episkopi in Limassol rises the historic church of Saint Paraskevi, which is an important Byzantine monument. The church follows the architectural type of the cross-in-square church with a dome, having undergone certain later additions and extensions during the Frankish period. In its interior noteworthy examples of wall paintings of different periods survive, as well as an ornate iconostasis that attracts the interest of visitors
