SAINT PARASKEVI

This historic church is located at the entrance of the settlement and is inextricably connected with the traditions of the old Christian families of the area. On the roof of the building traditional plates can be discerned embedded in it, while in its interior an inscribed slab is kept that reveals the name of the original benefactor. The church is a point of attraction for many faithful as the honoured Saint has through the ages been considered the protector for ailments of the eyes.
