SAINT PARASKEVI

This church is the central parish church of the community and comes administratively under the Holy Metropolis of Trimythous. The building follows the type of the single-aisled basilica and is characterised by a spacious, paved enclosure that hosts the religious events of the area. In its interior holy icons are kept with reverence, while the church is the focal point of the settlement's celebrations during the annual festival of the Saint at the end of July.
