SAINTS NOMONAS AND VICHIANOS

This modern, spacious church is located in the western part of the community of Anagyia in the Nicosia district, coming under the Holy Metropolis of Tamassos and Oreini. It is dedicated to the Cypriot Saints Nomon and Vichianos, who are considered protectors of those suffering from spiritual afflictions. The building was created to replace the liturgical use of the centuries-old church of the village, offering greater comfort for worship. It has an imposing structure with a dome and is the focal point of the religious ceremonies, the festivals and the social sacraments of the area
