SAINT ANDRONIKOS (HOLY CHURCH)

The Holy Church of Saints Andronikos and Athanasia is located in the centre of Idalion and was the first central church of the community before the erection of Panagia Evangelistria. In the same surrounding area the first school of the district as well as the local cemetery were formerly housed. Its erection was completed at the end of the 19th century thanks to the tireless efforts of the priest and the residents of the community
