SAINT ANTHONY

This small and extremely plain medieval chapel is hidden in the heart of the tourist area of Kato Paphos, surrounded by a well-kept garden with tall cypresses. The church stands out for its cruciform design with a dome, being a rare Byzantine architectural remnant among the modern nightspots and the shops of the busy street. Owing to its extremely limited interior space, which has very few seats, it functions mainly as a quiet stop for private prayer and devotion for passers-by.
