SAINT GEORGE

The small chapel of Saint George is built in the picturesque, mountainous area of Kalopanagiotis in the valley of Marathasa. It is an unadorned and isolated shrine that follows the traditional architecture of the area, harmonised fully with the wild natural environment. Owing to its small dimensions it functions mainly as a space for private prayer and devotion, offering tranquillity to the hikers who visit the nature trails.
