SAINT GEORGE

The picturesque Chapel of Saint George is built to the north of the village of Foini, isolated upon a pine-covered mountainside of the Troodos range. Its erection was completed in 2002 at the expense of the community itself, on a plot of land granted by the then community leader. It is a small brick-built church of modern style, which stands out from afar for its pure white external walls and its red tiled roof
