SAINT MARK

This holy chapel is located within the community of Giolou in the Paphos district, on the homonymous street. Its erection began in 2011 and its official inauguration took place in November 2012 by the Bishop of Arsinoe. The church is built upon the foundations of an earlier homonymous church, while at an adjacent location a cave was recently discovered which is thought also to have functioned as a place of worship in the past.
